Akatosh (Eurasian: Achator) is the chief deity of Novem Deos and the principal god of the Nine Divines. He is held to be the oldest et'Ada, and is the Dragon-God of Time. He exemplifies endurance, invincibility, and everlasting legitimacy. He is generally considered to be the first of the Gods to form in the Beginning Place. Akatosh is considered the god-defender of Eurasia.
When a Deosian Emperor reigns in Eurasia, Akatosh is often chosen as the god to exemplify their reign. He is considered the most powerful of all the gods, and made a divine covenant with Alessia to protect mankind from the Daedra. He has the largest following of any divine.
