The primary inflows of the bay are the Atlas, Minnesota, Rainy, and St. Croix Rivers. Major cities on the Bay of Biscay are Minneapolis, Halle, Cadiz, and Leon.

The Bay of Biscay is connected by an articial waterway to the Enchanted Sea by the Grand Arveyran Canal.
