The symbol of Stendarr, a grail pouring the lifeblood of justice.

Be kind and generous to the people of the world. Protect the weak, heal the sick, and give to the needy.

Stendarr (Eurasian: Stantarus), also known as the God of Righteous Might and Merciful Forbearance, is a Deosian god of the Nine Divines. He is the inspiration of rulers and magistrates, the patron of the Eurasian Legions, and the comfort of law-abiding citizens. Stendarr is viewed as the ironclad god of mercy and health, and is commonly the patron of government organizations. He is often prayed to by Deosian police officers and soldiers.

The Vigilants of Stendarr, a paramilitary religious organization founded in the 700's CE to combat what was viewed as Christian hostility, are his most well-known cult of followers. The Vigilants are most known for orchestrating the Purge of the Laurentine following the assassination of Codenix Sirone in the early eighth century, as well as conducting a secret resistance to Laurentius III's secret police during the Great War. In provinces such as Cortoriacum, they are effectively an extension of the provincial police force.
