This is a list of historic flags used by and in Aloia. This includes national, state, military, and historical flags.

National flags

	1905-present	Flag of the Government of Aloia. Flown when the Legislature is in session.	Red field,defaced with a white diamond, defaced with the seal of Aloia.
	1903-present	Standard of House Tordenskjold.	Four quarters, the first and fourth depicting the Aloian Cross, and the second and third a red field with the Tordenskjold lion.

		Flag of Arcadia	A yellow field, with the coat of arms of Arcadia, with a black swan and white swan, the Southern Cross to the left.
		Flag of Attica	Six stripes, white and orange alternating, with the Pleiades on a blue field in the canton.	The Pleides are an ancient symbol of Aloia, one that became more significant in the colonial era.
		Flag of Bohemia	Horizontal tricolor of green, white, red.
		Flag of Campostella	Vertical bicolor of Campostella blue and white.	Campostella blue is a unique color, originally produced by shells from the northern beaches.
		Flag of Constance	A white field with a red cross.
		Flag of Dakota	Red field with St. Fargeau upon a horse.
		Flag of Danmark	Red field with a white Baltic cross.
		Flag of Danzig	Green-orange-white tricolor defaced with the coat of arms of Danzig.	The coat of arms of Danzig includes the Gryphon of Pomerania.
		Flag of Faeroe	Green-yellow-green tricolor with a stylized viking ship.
		Flag of Finland	Red field defaced with the Lion of Finland.	The lion was an ancient symbol of the Suomi royal ducal family and is preserved in the flag.
		Flag of Helluland	Blue field defaced with Helluland's coat of arms.	The ten maple leaves represent the ten states of Anacostia.
		Flag of Honduras	A blue field with a yellow ship on it, a stylized white boundary around the field.
		Flag of Iceland	Blue field with a red Baltic cross.
		Flag of Ingria	9 stripes, white and blue alternating, with the Lion of Finland in the canton.	The inclusion of the Lion of Finland reflects Ingria's history as a territory of Finland.
		Flag of Karelia	9 stripes, yellow and red alternating, with the Lion of Finland in the canton.	The inclusion of the Lion of Finland reflects Karelia's history as a territory of Finland.
		Flag of Konza	Navy blue field with a gold Baltic cross.
		Flag of Lower Silesia	A yellow field defaced with the Eagle of Silesia.
		Flag of Mariana	Black Baltic cross on a field halved horizontally, upper half blue, lower half white.
		Flag of Markland	Blue field defaced with the Markland coat of arms	The ten maple leaves represent the ten states of Anacostia.
		Flag of Minnesota	White field with a green Baltic cross
		Flag of Moravia	A blue field defaced with the Moravian eagle.
		Flag of Natal	White field with a traditional Natal pattern red and white Baltic cross.	The red pattern represents the Inoka. The white pattern represents the Winnebago.
		Flag of New Brighton	A golden sun with sun-rays on a blue field.
		Flag of Nordland	A red field with a white and blue Aloian cross.
		Flag of Oklahoma	Black, red, and white stripes with a black fortress and six red stars.
		Flag of Olympia	Five stripes, alternating green and white, with two stripes at the hoist, green and white.
	2016-present	Flag of Pampas	White field with an Argentine blue St. George's cross, defaced with the Rose of Pampas.
	2012-present	Flag of Patagonia	Argentine blue field with a white Baltic cross.
		Flag of Pomerania	A yellow field, with the gryphon, a symbol of Pomerania, depicted
		Flag of Pontus	Horizontal bicolor of red and blue, defaced with a Pegasus, the symbol of Pontus.

		Flag of Saint Petersburg	Red field with a white Baltic cross, defaced with the seal of the Free City of Saint Petersburg
		Flag of Salinas	5 stripes, alternating Argentine blue and white, with three stars.	The three stars represent Salinas' three large salt lakes.
		Flag of Saxony	Horizontal tricolor triband, consisting of black, red, and gold.
		Flag of Sonora	Dark red field, defaced with the coat of arms of Sonora.
		Flag of South Vinland	6 stripes, alternating white and orange, with the Aloian flag in the canton.
		Flag of Straumsey	Seven wavy stripes, alternating blue and white, defaced with the coat of arms of Straumsey.
		Flag of Sudetenland	Blue, white, and yellow tricolor with crown of Aloia.
		Flag of Svealand	Blue field with a gold Baltic cross
	2016-present	Flag of Tajo	Argentine blue field with a white Baltic cross, charged with a Sun of May.
		Flag of Upper Silesia	A blue field defaced with the Eagle of Silesia.
	1849-present	Flag of Victoria	Green field with a white saltire.
		Flag of Vinland	Orange field with Southern Cross, with the Aloian flag in the canton.
		Flag of Wessex	Half blue, half white, defaced with the seal of Wessex.
		Flag of Westphalia	White Baltic cross on a quartered field. First and fourth are blue, second and third are red.
		Flag of Wonderstrand	An orange field, defaced with the coat of arms of Wonderstrand, and the Aloian flag in the canton.

	1848-1849	State flag and civil ensign, used by short-lived Republic of Aloia, also currently used by some republican factions and as an alternate national flag.	Horizontal bicolour triband, green and white.
	1742-2001	Former flag of Konza City, replaced by the current flag in 2001.	Horizontal tricolour of white, sky blue, violet.
		Standard of House Aurelius.	Four quarters, the first and fourth depicting the Aloian cross, the second and third bearing the Aurelius ring of roses.

	1892-present	Flag of the city of San Juan Bautista	A white field, defaced with the seal of San Juan.
	1867-present	Flag of the city of Uppsala	Archbishop's mitre on a blue field above blue and white stylized waves and a black cross.
	1849-present	Flag of the city of Zumbrota	Green field, covered by a white Baltic cross, with the coat of arms of Zumbrota, depicting King Saint Erik.
