This is a list of historic flags used by and in Aloia. This includes national, state, military, and historical flags.

Merchant flag
1905-present. Merchant flag Seven horizontal stripes of green and white, alternating.
Natl seal
1905-present Flag of the Government of Aloia. Flown when the Legislature is in session. Red field,defaced with a white diamond, defaced with the seal of Aloia.
Tordenfla
1903-present Standard of House Tordenskjold. Four quarters, the first and fourth depicting the Aloian Cross, and the second and third a red field with the Tordenskjold lion.

Konza
1848-1849 State flag and civil ensign, used by short-lived Republic of Aloia, also currently used by some republican factions and as an alternate national flag. Horizontal bicolour triband, green and white.
Aloia flag 3
1742-2001 Former flag of Konza City, replaced by the current flag in 2001. Horizontal tricolour of white, sky blue, violet.
Victoria banner
Standard of House Aurelius. Four quarters, the first and fourth depicting the Aloian cross, the second and third bearing the Aurelius ring of roses.
