Kaleb Riebeling was an Aloian priest and politician who served as Chancellor of Aloia from 1773 to 1777. He was the first Chancellor of Aloia to serve a 4-year term, after the Chancellor Terms Act was passed in 1771, which extended Aloia's Chancellors terms from two years to four years.
