The Legislature of the Kingdom of Aloia, commonly known as the Aloian Legislature or colloquially, the Senate, is the supreme legislative body in the Kingdom of Aloia. It alone possesses legislative supremacy and thereby ultimate power over all other political bodies in Aloia. Its head is the Sovereign of Aloia (currently King Gustaf XVI) and its seat is Concordia Hall on Senate Hill in Zumbrota.

The legislature is bicameral, consisting of an upper house (the High Council) and a lower house (the Senate). The Sovereign forms the third component of the legislature (the King-in-Parliament). The High Council consists of 13 members, called Lord Councillors. Each state is represented by two Lords, with the Archbishop of Uppsala also appointing a bishop to represent the Church of Aloia.

The Senate is a democratically elected chamber with elections held every four years. The two Houses meet in separate chambers in Concordia Hall in Zumbrota. In theory, Aloia's supreme legislative power is vested in the Crown-in-Parliament. As, however, the crown acts on the advice of the Chancellor, de facto power is vested in the Legislature.
