The Ministry of Culture (Eurasian: Ministerium Humanitatis) is a Ministry of Eurasia that governs vast elements of Eurasian culture, with many considering it to be one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, ministry in the Government of Eurasia, surpassed only perhaps by the Ministry of Imperial Security.

The Ministry's primary purpose is the regulation of Mos Maiorum, the control of the Eurasian Calendar, the official state news networks. The Prime Minister of Culture is also the Pontifex Maximus of Mos Maiorum, which due to the Writs of the Setertiamillenniary makes the Emperor of Eurasia the de jure head of the Ministry itself. However, as it is tradition for the Emperor to appoint a Pontifex Maximus Pro Tempore, the Pro Tempore also serves as de facto Prime Minister of Culture, uniting what would effectively be a separate governing body in the College of Pontiffs with the Ministry itself.

The Ministry is one of the most controversial in Eurasian governance, as it has actively and to some degree still actively suppresses minority culture and religion. Under Eurasian law, Mos Maiorum is the de jure Imperial religion, and one is required to, at least nominally, pay homage to the Eurasian gods as well as one's own gods. The Ministry's Penitus Oculatus has and continues to arrest those who refuse to pay tribute to the Eurasian gods, meaning Christians, Jews, and Muslims are frequently arrested, jailed, and fined for breaking the law. The Penitus Oculatus is viewed by foreigners as a sort of secret religious police, however the Ministry has stated, perhaps correctly, that loyal Maorist or Deosian citizens have nothing to fear and are rarely, if ever, arrested and prosecuted.

The Ministry has also in the past been decried for attempting to actively suppress minority culture, such as when in 1956 it won legal publishing rights to the Bible and the Koran and fined anyone who attempted to publish the holy books in Eurasia, though it was eventually forced to relinquish the rights after a protracted legal battle that reached the Emperor himself. The Ministry has also been accused of purposefully altering the calendar to conflict with Christian religious holidays, such as when it moved a Maorist feast day so it would not coincide with Christmas and make both a public, and therefore paid, holiday.
