The Province of Vicus Leodicus (Eurasian: Provincia Vicus Leodicensis) is a province in the Eurasian Empire. It is located on the Valentian Isle alongside Mosa Trajectum, and is more northerly of the pair. Its capital is Tarraco.

Vicus Leodicus is separated from its sister province by the Valentian Mountains, which span the middle of the isle and prevented easy travel between the two for much of their existence. The Great Opsian Pass, which was carved through the winding mountains to unite the provinces in the 1600's. It has progressively been widened, and today is the largest thoroughfare through the mountains still in use.

The province itself is more rugged than its southern neighbor, and due to a higher elevation is also colder and snowier. It receives an annual snowfall, which its sister province does not, and also is generally cloudier. The province is renowned for its beer and cheeses, and also is one of the largest producers of crafted metallurgy in the Empire. It is rumored that the Military of Eurasia maintains a research facility high in the mountains of the province, but this has never been confirmed by official sources.

The motto of Vicus Leodicus is "Agnosco veteris vestigia flammae," which translates as "I feel once more the scars of the old flame." In the sense of the motto, "old flame" refers to love.
