The Tarentine Mountains (Eurasian: Mons Tarentinus) are are a mountain range consisting of parallel smaller chains extending c. 1,200 km (750 mi) along the length of the Laurentine Isle in Eurasia. In the southeast they end at Calabrium in Virconium, the coastal city at the tip of the peninsula. Since the year 2000 the Ministry of the Environment has been defining the Tarentines System to include the mountains of southern Mosa Trajectum, for a total distance of 1,500 kilometres (930 mi).
