Victor Moon was an Aloian merchant and politician who served as Chancellor of Aloia from 1787 to 1789. He became chancellor when his predecessor Joseph Bismarck was assassinated on 2 July, 1787.
Moon was an immigrant to Aloia from the Sachun Tributary State, then-colonial possession of the Kingdom of Arveyres.
